Iman Al-Adarbeh obtained a master's degree from the Department of Arabic Language at the University of Petra for her thesis titled "The Argumentation in Fakhr Al-Din Al-Razi Debates: A New Rhetoric Study". The defense committee consisted of Dr. Amani Suleiman, supervisor and chairwoman, Dr. Ibrahim Khalil and Dr. Haroon Al-Rababa'ah from the University of Petra, and from Al- Balqa' Applied University, Dr. Hanan Al-Amayreh as an external examiner.

Ibtisam Al-Husban obtained a master's degree from the Department of Arabic Language at the University of Petra for her thesis titled "Semantic Approaches from Structuralism to Cognition: A Linguistic Analysis". The study dealt with the evolution of linguists' view of semantic signification and how to address it, starting from De Saussure, pioneer of structural linguistics, and its most prominent schools and scholars leading to pragmatics and cognition. The defense committee consisted of Dr. Samih Miqdadi as supervisor, Dr. Haroon Rababa'ah, and Dr. Amani Suleiman, and from the University of Jordan, Dr. Sami Ababneh as an external examiner.
