January 2020 Vacancies

The University of Petra (UOP) announces a job vacancy for an “Administrative Employee in the HR Department under the following conditions:
  1. Holds Bachelor's Degree from a prestigious and recognized university with a grade no less than good in one of the following majors: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or English Language.
  2. Has at least two years experience in the field of human resources and personnel affairs.
  3. Is familiar with the official laws and regulations.
  4. Is proficient in Arabic and English reading and writing.
  5. Has high computer skills.
  6. Priority is given to those who have experience with the "Menaitech" system.
  7. Has the skills of communications and outreach, organization, initiative, strength of character, teamwork spirit, flexible handling and work pressure.
  8. Must not exceed 30 years of age.
  9. Not to be committed to work for any governmental or private entity.

Required documents:

  1. Authenticated copy of the General Secondary Study Certificate.
  2. Authenticated copy of the Bachelor's Degree.
  3. Copies of experience certificates.
  4. A new personal photo.
  5. A copy of a new Civil Status Card.
  • Only those nominated for the interview will be contacted, and the applicant will undergo examinations in the Arabic language, English language and computer skills according to the established ISO standards at the university (after the candidate passes the personal interview).
  • Applications, which don't meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be considered.
