UOP President Prof. Rami Abdel-Rahem participated in a reception ceremony organized by the Qatari Embassy in Amman on the occasion of the National Day of the state of Qatar.
Prof. Abdel-Rahem congratulated the Qatari Ambassador to Jordan and cultural attaché on this occasion, expressing best wishes for the State of Qatar on behalf of UOP staff and students.
Sheikh Saud Bin Nasser Bin Jassim Al Thani, the Qatari Ambassador to Jordan, emphasized the depth of the bilateral relations between Qatar and Jordan in all fields along with the brotherly relationship between the leaders of both countries.
The ceremony included reciting poems, performing artistic shows, presenting documentary film on Qatar renaissance and accomplishments in all fields. The ceremony was attended by a number of government entities and community members.
