The President of the University of Petra, Prof. Rami Abdel-Rahim, attended a reception organized by the Kuwaiti Embassy in Amman on the occasion of Kuwait's 62nd National Day and the 32nd anniversary of Kuwait's liberation.
Prof. Abdul Rahim congratulated the Kuwaiti ambassador and military attaché on this national occasion, expressing best wishes for the sisterly State of Kuwait on behalf of UOP staff and students.
The ceremony was attended by a number of government entities and community members.
