The FPMS-UOP Training Unit has concluded a cooperation agreement with Philadelphia Pharmaceutical Company (PhilaPharma) to train FPMS students in the presence of UOP President Prof. Rami Abdel-Rahem, FPMS Dean Prof. Riad Awad, and FPMS Dean Assistant for Training and Development Affairs Prof. Derar Balawi, and Dr. Rabih Sammour from PhilaPharma.
The agreement was signed by Prof. Awad and Prof. Balawi from UOP and Dr. Rabih Sammour from PhilaPharma. The agreement intends to qualify FPMS students for the labor market and find cooperation opportunities in the pharmaceutical and analytical industries.
Prof. Rami Abdel-Rahem hosted the PhilaPharma delegation in his office and presented them with the UOP honorary shield. The PhilaPharma delegation ultimately visited the Center for Pharmaceutical Studies (CPS) at UOP and listened to a brief on CPS and its various facilities by CPS Director Prof. Nidal Al-Qinnah.
