The Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) has granted accreditation certificate to the Faculty of Pharmaceutical and Medical Sciences (FPMS) of the University of Petra (UOP) after meeting ACPE Requirements.
By that, UOP is the first Jordanian private university that obtained this certificate.
UOP President Prof. Marwan Muwalla congratulated UOP staff and FPMS QA committees on obtaining this certificate, saying that granting of accreditation certificates to FPMS and English Department by ACPE and ASIC respectively is a proof affirming UOP’s eligibility of HEAC Quality Assurance Certificate.
It is noteworthy that UOP obtained ISO 9001:2015 certificate and ABET accreditation certificate to two majors in the Faculty of Information Technology (FIT).
