Dr. Hisham Al-Omyan from University of Petra participated in a training course titled “E-Learning and Smart Learning in Universities", organized by the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) and hosted by the University of Jordan's Academy from April 7 to 9, 2025.
The course focused on the use of modern technologies in higher education, with an emphasis on e-learning and smart learning methods and their role in enhancing the quality of the educational process and facilitating student access to knowledge.
The training witnessed the participation of a distinguished group of academics and specialists from various universities, who shared experiences and discussed the challenges and opportunities presented by modern teaching methods in light of rapid technological developments.
