The University of Petra (UOP) announces its need to appoint a PhD-holding members of teaching staff at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical and Medical Sciences,
according to following requirements and conditions:
1. A member of teaching staff with a rank of full professor/clinical pharmacy.
Has published research papers in top journals.
The order of the academic degrees shall be as follows: Bachelor's degree (in pharmacy or doctor of pharmacy) and PhD degree (clinical pharmacy).
Has a teaching experience of ten years in in clinical nutrition and diets.
A graduate of a prestigious and recognized university.
Enjoys advanced computer skills and has mastered blended learning techniques.
Holds Jordanian nationality.
Is not committed to work with a public or private institution.
2. A member of teaching staff with a rank of assistant professor/clinical pharmacy.
Has published research papers in top journals.
The order of the academic degrees shall be as follows: Bachelor's degree (in pharmacy or doctor of pharmacy) and PhD degree (pharmacy).
Has a teaching experience of a minimum three years and experience in conducting clinical and non-clinical drug development research and pharmacists training research.
A graduate of a prestigious and recognized university.
Enjoys advanced computer skills and has mastered blended learning techniques.
Holds Jordanian nationality.
Is not committed to work with a public or private institution.
3. A member of teaching staff with a rank of associate professor/clinical nutrition and diets.
Has published peer-reviewed papers not plagerized from master theses and PhD dissertations.
The order of the academic degrees shall be as follows: Bachelor's degree, master's degree, and PhD degree in clinical nutrition and diets.
Has a teaching experience of a minimum ten years in in clinical nutrition and diets.
A graduate of a prestigious and recognized university.
Enjoys advanced computer skills and has mastered blended learning techniques.
Holds Jordanian nationality.
Is not committed to work with a public or private institution.
Required documents:
Curriculum vitae.
Copy of the modern identity card.
Authenticated copies of General Secondary Study, BA, MA and PhD certificates.
Authenticated copy of the equivalent certificate issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, for certificates issued by foreign universities.
Copies of the research papers that have been published or accepted for publication.
An acknowledgment of non-compliance to third party upon appointment.
Copy of the experience certificates.
