University of Petra announces that it is seeking to appoint faculty members. Applicants must have obtained all their university degrees through regular study at universities recognized by the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development.
Pharmacy and Medical Sciences | Medical Laboratory Sciences | Assistant Professor | PhD | The applicant must hold a PhD in Hematology and a master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or an equivalent qualification. |
The following details and conditions apply:
The applicant’s grade must be at least Good in the bachelor’s degree and Very Good in both the master’s and doctoral degrees.
The applicant must not be under an employment obligation to any public or private entity.
Applicants whose degrees were issued by non-Jordanian universities must have their degrees equivalency-certified by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Applicants will be selected according to the University’s established criteria, including its applicable evaluation and selection matrix and a personal interview.
The University reserves the right not to respond to any application or to leave the position unfilled without stating its reasons.
Required Documents:
A recent personal photograph.
A recent copy of the applicant’s national ID or passport.
Curriculum vitae.
Copies of academic certificates and transcripts (high school, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees).
A copy of the degree equivalency certificate, for degrees issued by non-Jordanian universities.
The first page of published research papers, or acceptance letters for papers accepted for publication.
