The international expert Dr. Tariq Rachid provided a training course on Differentiated Instruction, one of the modern teaching methods, to the members of teaching staff at the invitation of the Center of Academic Development (CAD) of the University of Petra (UOP). The course addressed students’ learning styles and different teaching methods. The course aimed at enabling the teaching staff members to employ various teaching methods tailored to the students’ needs and help students in achieving Course-Based Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs). The 20-hour course was widely appreciated by the trainees.
