The Faculty of Information Technology (FIT) organized open day for UOP students. The open day included several extra-curricular activities and a programming contest.
Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology (FIT) Prof. Ghassan Issa said that the proceeds of the open day will go to charitable societies, namely Feel with Others Society and Bashar Sukarieh Society. Prof Issa thanked the day sponsors, including: Classico Playstation Coffee Shop, Careem App, Escape Hunt, CECSC-UOP, Pioneer Academy, efawateercom, Umniah and Hero Center for Martial Arts.
The day consisted of a tent for e-games, exhibition for the sponsors and a charitable bazaar organized by FIT students. The day included sport shows at Sports Hall.
The closing ceremony was ran by the singer Yara Juban. The closing ceremony including FIT’ success story, distributing contest’s prizes and ceremony tickets draw.
