The "Change Management" students from Business Administration Department accompanied Dr. Marco Nino, the course instructor, in a visit to BCI for Communication and Advanced Technologies to learn about the implemented change management processes in the company from establishment to date.
Labib Bransi, BCI CEO, presented an explanation regarding change processes implemented in the company, the drivers and strategies of change, the method of managing change resistance and teamwork contribution in achieving change process and business development.
Dr. Marco Nino pointed out that the visit contributed in broadening the students’ knowledge about the dimensions of change process from a practical point of view compared to theoretical point of view. She shed also the light on the realized achievements and positive impact on the company under changing business conditions.
