The International Competition Network (ICN) in Canada has appointed Haitham Abu Karaki, Assistant Professor at UOP as a non-governmental adviser. ICN is concerned with the affairs of the competition law and competition policies. ICN’s members include government agencies responsible for enforcing competition law and competition policies, international competition experts, non-governmental and academic institutions interested in competition law and competition policies.
Dr. Abu Karaki will provide academic counselling to awareness-raising group and government enforcement group of competition law and competition policies.
It is worth highlighting that Dr. Abu Karaki is carrying out a UOP-funded study in Western London Ontario University/Canada about the impact of ICN awareness-raising group on the legislation of the member states.
