Tareq Ahmad Ali Alza, " "Ties of Software World with Language Education; an Analysis” " , "“Ties of Software World with",Vol.Volume 62,No.Issue 3, European Journal of Scientific Research, Amman, Jordan, 09/05/2011 Abstract:
Computer technology provides learners with new and varied options for language learning through interactive tasks delivered through CD-ROMs, Web pages, and communications software on the Internet. Researchers need to reconsider any approach to second language acquisition (SLA) concerned with explaining how language development is prompted by exposure to the target language in view of the dramatic differences in language experience learners engage in due to computer technology. This paper will provide a bird’s-eye view of applied linguistics and second language acquisition (SLA) and pedagogy into practice while focusing on the impact of technology Download

Tareq Ahmad Ali Alza, " CONCEPT SET MODELING APPROACH TO CONCEPTUALISE MULTILINGUAL DIGITAL LINGUISTIC DATABASE " , "CONCEPT SET MODELING APPROACH TO CONCEPTUALISE MULTILINGUAL DIGITAL LINGUISTIC DATABASE",Vol.11 Issue 20 Version 1.0,No., Global Journal of Computer Science and Technology, USA, 11/22/2011 Abstract:
In this paper, we report the work on developing a multilingual digital linguistic database that aims to provide overall information a linguistic item carries in a language, and its crosslinguistic morphemic equivalent in other languages. It is conceptualised as a model of human knowledge of a language, and its description and architecture is an effort towards modeling such linguistic knowledge. From computational and programming aspects it throws an enormous challenge as it has many-to-many relations across languages, scripts, orthography, fields and entries. To accomplish such linkages among languages and between different types and kinds of information related to the linguistic item, an idea of a ‘Concept Set Model’ is discussed Download

      Abstract:
Operations managers and scholars in their search for fast and good solutions to real-world problems have applied genetic algorithms to many problems. While genetic algorithms are promising tools for problem solving, future research will benefit from a review of the problems that have been solved and the designs of the genetic algorithms used to solve them. This paper provides a review of the use of genetic algorithms to solve operations problems.
