1. Offers are received at the Finance Department (Bidding box).
2. To relevant companies wishing to participate in these bids, please visit the Supplies and Procurement Department to receive the bid requirements and to pick up a copy of trade licenses as well as a copy of the valid Trade Register.
3. Offers shall be submitted in three envelopes and all three are placed in a large sealed envelope, indicating the Invitation to Bid (ITB) number, the bidder’s name and his/her address as follows:
- Legal Envelope: The Trade Register, the Trade License and the Financial Guarantee shall be placed therein.
- Technical Envelope: Technical specifications of the required materials or supplies shall be placed therein.
- Financial Envelope: The financial offer shall be placed therein.
4. The bid requirements are received from the Supplies and Procurement Department after submitting the payment receipt (Bid copy price).
5. A list of the bodies and institutions for which similar projects have been implemented shall be attached with the bidding.
6. The University has the right to exclude any bidding that does not meet the requirements. It will not also consider any bid that is not accompanied by a bid bond guarantee.
7. The University has the right to cancel and/or re-bid without any financial claims and/or legal and/or moral damages to bidders.
8. The University is not restricted for referral at cheapest prices.
9. Referral shall not be considered peremptory unless approved by the university administration.
10. The university has the right to split the bidding, and buy what is necessary according to its needs.
