تطوير المواد الدراسية:

لدي خبرة في تطوير وتحديث المقررات الدراسية حيث يجب أن يتم التعديل بما يتناسب مع متطلبات الاعتماد والمجالات المعرفية للتخصص واحتياجات سوق العمل الداخلي والخارجي، ومواكبة الحداثة في هذا المجال، والتحسين والتطوير المستمر حتى خلال الفصل الدراسي الواحد.

التعلم عن بعد:

لدي خبرة ممتازة في استخدام طرق التعلم عن بعد سواء نظام Moodle أم برمجية Microsoft teams والتي قمت على مدار ثلاث فصول دراسية سابقة خلال جائحة كورونا بإعطاء جميع المحاضرات من خلالها بالإضافة إلى عرض الشرائح للمواد التي أدرسها وأفلام وثائقية وتمثيليات درامية من إخراجي حيث قمت بعرضها وتدريسها وتحميلها على Moodle وشرحها للطلبة على teams، بالاضافة إلى الإحترافية في استخدام outlook و OneDrive وzoom وpower point وغيره.

:الملخص

Summary This study aims to identify the reality of media training in Jordan, and to evaluate the outputs of education and training in radio and television from the viewpoint of students of Faculties of Media and Communication, in order to identify the reality of field training in the Radio and Television Corporation, and the extent of compatibility between theoretical subject and practical training, and the study relied on the curriculum The survey is by sample, both descriptive and analytical, and the study community consisted of media and communication students in various Jordanian universities, and their number is estimated at about (900) male and female students, and the sample included students trained in the Radio and Television Corporation and their number reached (110) male and female students. The study found that the practical field training in the Radio and Television Corporation and the degree to which the study sample benefited from the training program at the Jordan Radio and Television Corporation is 80% between excellent and very good, and it was found that the extent of compatibility between the theoretical material studied by the study sample in its universities and the training material it received The Jordanian Radio and Television Corporation has a rate of 66%, and this indicates the importance of field training for students of media colleges in Jordanian universities at the Jordan Radio and Television Corporation, which leads to providing students with the skills and experiences required to join the labor market, and demonstrating the inability of the Radio and Television Corporation to absorb all graduates of Faculties of Media. :الملخص

Summary This study aims to identify the successful Jordanian media experience of Jordanian television during the Corona pandemic, as there is a significant impact of Jordanian television in the success of the Jordanian media experience in managing the crisis, which requires more attention in directing the health media discourse broadcast by Jordanian television during crises and its impact on Limiting the spread of the epidemic and how to coexist with it, by following the one-body policy in dealing with the epidemic and the success of this policy through the precautionary, preventive and proactive measures that have been taken in which the efforts of the Crisis Cell Center have combined with the health system and the official media represented by the Jordanian TV, which is considered a house of experience and good reference. For the Jordanian society, and the study relied on the descriptive survey approach, as it is considered one of the most popular sub-curricula for description and the most widespread in social sciences and media studies.
