A workshop titled "Successful Work Teams and Communication Skills" was held in collaboration with the Academic Development Center. It was conducted remotely by Dr. Tariq Rashid and attended by all library staff.
The student Somaya Abu Ghanem was honored for winning the "Most Borrowed Books by Students" competition, aimed at encouraging students to visit the library, read, and develop themselves.
Descriptive names were given to the library halls: the ground floor is the Training Hall, the first floor on the right is the Al-Samra Hall, on the left is the Al-Ansari Hall, and the second floor includes the Badran Hall and the Reference Hall.
An air conditioner was installed in the room for individuals with auditory and visual impairments, and six air conditioners were distributed in the second-floor student areas.
All library shelves were numbered according to the classification ranges they contain, to facilitate book returns for staff and make it easier for students and faculty members to access physical books.

An online training lecture was held for library staff on the Ebsco database, focusing on the EDS service, which helps link most of the databases subscribed to by the library into a single search interface.
