The Faculty of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences of the University of Petra (FPMS-UOP) organized a memorial service for the late Dr. Hiba Rasem Al-Barghouti who died on 15th of July 2022. The memorial service included statements on Dr. Hiba's biography. It was attended by UOP President Rami Abdel-Rahem, ASU President Prof. Iman A. Bashiti, a group of FPMS-UOP teaching staff, administrative staff, and students, and a group of Dr. Hiba's family members.
The UOP President provided an overview on Dr. Hiba Al-Barghouti's efforts in FPMS-UOP Study Plans Committee, her papers with top impact factor in the most prestigious global journals, urging God to make them in her balance of good deed and grant her mercy and forgiveness.
FPMS-UOP Dean Prof. Riyadh Awad made a statement on the achievements and efforts of Dr. Hiba Al-Barghouti along with a short film on her biography and accomplishments, academically and scientifically.
A number of Dr. Hiba Al-Barghouti's students and colleagues participated in the memorial service with touching words, urging God to extend mercy to her and grant her family endure and persevere.
