The University of Petra announces the availability of faculty positions at the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences, subject to the following requirements:
First: A faculty member at the rank of Professor, holding a PhD in Business Administration.
Second: A faculty member at the rank of Associate Professor, holding a PhD in Financial Technology.
Third: A faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor, holding a PhD in Digital Marketing.
Applicants must be graduates of reputable and accredited English-speaking universities, such as universities in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia.
All academic degrees must be in the required field of specialization.
Applicants must demonstrate a high level of competence in teaching quantitative Business Administration courses.
Applicants must demonstrate a high level of competence in teaching technical Digital Marketing courses.
Applicants must have appropriate university-level teaching experience in the required specialization.
Degrees issued by non-Jordanian universities must be officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Applicants must have published at least two research papers within the past three years in specialized, peer-reviewed international journals indexed in the Scopus database.
Applicants must be proficient in computer skills and blended e-learning.
Applicants must not be employed by or committed to any government or private entity.
Applicants must be Jordanian nationals.
Applicants will be selected according to the University’s approved evaluation and selection criteria, including a personal interview.
The University reserves the right not to fill any vacancy or respond to any application without providing reasons. Applications that do not meet all the requirements will be excluded.

Copies of academic certificates and transcripts, including the General Secondary Education Certificate and bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees.

Copies of published research papers or papers accepted for publication.
A declaration confirming that the applicant is not committed to another employer, to be submitted upon appointment.
