In this course, students will acquire knowledge concerning the legal environment governing media in Jordan, compared with other countries. The students, furthermore, will study the law of Jordan Press Association (JPA) and the Code of Ethics for Journalists and learn about entities responsible for monitoring media-related laws and respect of the freedoms of journalists.
