The university prepared a distinct interior design study plan, a total of 143 credit hours, to grant bachelor's degree in this specialty.The academic study includes mandatory and other optional materials.
In order to prepare the student to become an integrated interior designer, he/she can follow a parallel educational path as follows:
Practical path that includes: (architecture and interior design, furniture, space formation and environmental, touristic and commercial design, etc.).
Theoretical path hat includes: (History of design - color theories - aesthetics - the psychology of interior design).
A range of supportive materials related to the specialty, such as (the principles of drawing - photography - workshops).
The university has provided the department with specialized labs that are equipped with all needed computer technologies and devices for the interior design discipline to allow the student to practice all programs and scientific techniques. It also provided multi-purpose studios for students to practice practical arts associated with interior design.
The Department of Interior Design comprises a group of distinguished faculty members, holders of doctoral and masters degrees withextensive teaching experience at several Arab and Jordanian universities.
