- Research objectives: The aim of this study is:
    1. To identify the extent to which organizational agility is practiced at company to develop products.
    2. To identify the extent to which (organic structure, IT, customer oriented culture, employees empowerment, and learning organizations) exist at company sectors.
    3. To investigate the nature of relationships between (organic structure, customer oriented culture, employees empowerment, IT, and learning organizations) and organizational agility in order to develop products at company sectors.
    4. Additionally, the purpose of this study is to find suggestions and solutions that develop the concept of agility and its effect on product development and to find the other factors that could help or support this concept.
- Abstract:
Business facing a series of changes and developments that affect various areas of life, and for that we need new managerial decisions and problem solutions, The present work describes the essential and useful of mechanisms for the development of the product and the Agility, Which can be one of the most important suggested solutions for the development and the Competitive value of the product.
- The importance of the study:
The importance of the current study comes from the need to design an agile organization that employed in the development of ideas and methods, innovation, change, and access to unique knowledge, also to increase the ability of organizations to adapt to change, accept it and benefit from it. Agility is characterized and centered for that fact that it has the ability go in line with the problems faced by the organizations, the ability to solve them, organizational learning, as well as the management innovation that is based on continuous learning within the organization. The importance of the study also is inspired from the importance of the factors that affect the concept of Agility in activating the potential of the Organization in these respects, relationships, work frames, skills, cooperation, participation and ability to develop sound managerial decision-making within the organization. The study expresses itself in the practical field due to lack of research and studies that addressed the issue of Agility. It also could be useful for the Arabic library in general and specially for the Saudi library, as it may add a value to the field of organization agility.
 
Dawacom Human Resource Management Reality and Ambition

- Abstract:
This project explores the human resource management (HRM) that’s the organization needs in order to perform effectively and efficiently. Dawacom HRM is the case study of this project, using qualitative approach methodology, and collecting data via researcher observations, experiences, and practices.
Through the project we expect to identify Dawacom HRM roles, tasks, objectives, workflow, and manager’s duties. Also, this project explores Dawacom HRM attributes, diversity, job analysis, recruiting and selecting processes, compensation systems, measuring HRM performance, training and developing programs.
The project highlighted issues that affect HRM Processes and organization performance such as: health and safety, ethical workplace and fair treatment, global human resource.
The project will show Dawacom HRM advantages and disadvantages and how can improve Dawacom HRM by what actions, personnel, cultural things. So, HR team will be able to focus his importance toward those areas.
- Conclusion:
Throughout the project we intended to analysis good HRM system. The Dawacom needs in order to perform well, and what are the dimensions specific to this field of activity. This project was oriented towards exploring current Dawacom HRM and comparing it to the right standards.
Our project reveals the fact the personnel who work or are interested in their firm, they are treated fairly, be cared about their safety and health, can help the company they work for to obtain human capital that can be converted to financial capital and thus increase the competitiveness of the firm in the market.
A conclusion that can draw, after sealing through this project is that we will have to call for actions of the most diverse and attractive. So that the chances of success will be higher .In addition, it is clear that the firm need to focus on the relations it has with it employees, it has to encourage honesty and explain, its values to all of them and make sure that they accept them and act accordingly.
Therefore if a firm wants effectiveness, performance, and increased productivity. It has to take inconsideration the recruiting, selections, orienting, training, appraising, rewarding, communicating, its employees possess and to create an environment that raided vitality.
 
Control Management System Evaluation Applied in Greater Amman Municipality (GAM)

- Purpose:
This Paper studies the group rewards effects as a result of the tight action control system applied in (GAM), how they deal with this issue especially the fair treatment for rewards distribution and what is the criteria the organization follows at the end of the year.
- Abstract:
This study diagnosis the problem and suggests solutions in order to fix the lack of confidence between the employees and the high management decisions especially with rewards, if it is not processing fairly, the organization will face un-commitment behaviors from employees to achieve the organizational objectives, in addition, they will start looking for external opportunities sooner if this issue is not solved. Employees’ motivation varies among individuals, some are motivated by monetary compensations, while others by promotions and so on.
- Conclusion:
Liability contributed to societal and moral existing in the culture of the GAM guide the staff behavior towards what is positive for the organization. Deep faith by employees and the company targets a sense of belonging, also contributed to strengthening the chances of success and improve the financial performance of the company.
If the organization desire to continue the outstanding performance they must re-evaluate and restructure the supreme departments related to personnel in order to enable employees to deliver their best and maintain their loyalty.
When there is an imbalance in the application of the control system, the management is ought to take the necessary measures to re-correct the path properly and effectively and this requires a sustained effort from control and internal or external advisors, the danger would be the unexpected losses occurring due to the loss of control of a company, which definitely, what companies are trying to avoid.
