The Department of Sports Activities of the Deanship of Student Affairs organized UOP Football Championship during the period from 7th of November, 2017 to the 21st of November 2017. The Championship witnessed the participation of 26 teams of all UOP Faculties. Captain Ibrahim Abu Nab supervised the championship. Captain Ibrahim Abu Nab, Captain Mohammed Alazzam and Captain Motaasem Alhemaimat, who work at the sports activities department, refereed the matches of championship.
The final match was between the team of the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences and the team of the Faculty of Architecture and Design and the latter won the match. The deans of these faculties attended the match.
At the end of the match, the champions and runners-up received the trophy and gold and silver medals.
