In order to promote social activities among UOP students, a number of chemistry department students organized a trip to Ajloun and Umm Qais on 4/11/2017. Dr. Abdel-Moneim Twaiq, Analytical Chemistry Professor, and Dr. Wasim Odeh from Mathematics Department accompanied the students.
The trippers visited archaeological sites in Umm Qais at Northern Jordan and Ajloun Castle. At the evening, the trippers returned to their homes after they ate grilled meat at Ajloun's green areas.
