The American Oil Chemists' Society (AOCS) presented the award of best paper on Phospholipid to Prof. Mayyas Al-Remawi from the University Of Petra (UOP).
AOCS is one of the leading American societies that covers various sectors. AOCS holds its meetings on a yearly basis for more than 100 years. Thousands of scholars, researchers and managers of chemical industries companies worldwide take part in AOCS conference.
Prof. Al-Remawi is the first Arab scholar who won this award more than fifteen years ago. He also received Philadelphia University Prize for the Best Innovation on using food supplements to treat obesity.
