Arts and Sciences
The Faculty of Arts &Sciences houses 6 departments and more than 100 full-time faculty members. With approximately 1600 students, the Faculty of Arts & Sciences accounts for more than one-fifth of the university's total undergraduate program registrations.
Architecture & Arts
The Faculty offers three programs of study; Architecture Engineering, Interior Design, and Graphic Design. The Faculty has 24 full-time faculty members and 550 students. Labs, are fully equipped with latest technology in graphic design, photography, design and drawing workstations.
Administrative & Financial Sciences
The largest faculty at Petra University, with a number of students exceeding 2900 and 83 faculty members. The Faculty offers six majors; Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Accounting, E-business & commerce, Management Information Systems, and Marketing. It also offers evening programs in four of these majors.
Pharmacy & Medical Sciences
Offers three programs: B.Sc. in Pharmacy and Nutrition, and M.S. Pharmaceutical Sciences. The Faculty has four departments: Department of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology, Department of Pharmaceutical Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmacognosy Department of Pharmacology and Biomedical Sciences, Department of Nutrition.
Information Technology
The Faculty of Information Technology (FIT) offers B.Sc. degrees in four specializations: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, and Computer Networks. Currently, the faculty has 22 faculty members and is a home to around 600 full-time students. FIT hosts a total of 15 state-of-the-art computer labs.
